My work is rooted in the deep belief that every individual, every culturally diverse community, and every story has a vital role to play in shaping a more equitable future. Through my initiatives, I strive to create spaces where often marginalized groups can access tools, knowledge, and opportunities that foster their empowerment. My involvement in organizations such as **Black Academy**, **PLACE e.V.**, **PLACE for Africa**, and **MeineWelt** reflects this vision. From designing educational workshops and leading awareness campaigns to developing projects centered on historical memory, I aim to make each initiative a catalyst for lasting change. My recent projects include the **OTD (On This Day) Calendar – 2025 Edition**, created to celebrate the contributions of Afro-descendants in Germany; the **Black Academy** program, which highlights the knowledge and skills of Black individuals; **Likôda**, focused on creating illustrated educational brochures to improve the visibility of diversity within the Black community and recognize their contributions to the history of Mannheim; the **Avouali Project**; and the **Youth Climate Ambassadors** program, designed to raise climate awareness and promote inclusive ecological engagement among young people. I believe in building bridges between generations and fostering mutual inspiration—whether addressing climate justice, the rights of people with disabilities, or the fight against systemic oppression. As a leader and project manager, my approach is structured and collaborative, grounded in principles of rigorous organization and assertive management. I place great importance on clarity in roles and expectations, striving to create a work environment where every team member can thrive and contribute fully. My working style is marked by versatility, enabling me to address diverse topics while maintaining thoughtful and strategic planning. Resilience in the face of challenges is essential to me; every obstacle is an opportunity for learning and growth, strengthening my determination to achieve sustainable and impactful results. I am open to collaborations in the fields of social justice, inclusive education, environmental protection, historical memory, and youth empowerment. Any project or partnership that seeks to promote inclusion and build a fairer world deeply resonates with my journey and values.
